An oil distributor operating in a seismic zone, in the region, needed to have a secure datacenter in an area far from its main datacenter. The distributor needed to build a secondary site, with highly available infrastructure, anti-seismic characteristics, automated and with proactive support, in a very short period of time. The company was running out of time, and building a new datacenter was not an option.

MORE THAN 500 ATMS AS A SERVICE
One of Ecuador’s leading financial institutions decided to renew its installed base of more than 500 ATMs for more efficient and state-of-the-art equipment and to hire reliable external services that would allow the client to improve the level of services and coverage in its self.service channels; internally, it sought to automate its incident management with real-time visualization of its entire network. The need to improve their level of service, as well as to reduce the high costs of managing the network of tellers and external suppliers motivated the Bank to seek new negotiation alternatives with solid and reliable suppliers.

From cages to an aisle containment system, a telecommunications company changed its service model. TELCO had high energy costs when cooling large rooms to host their clients’ servers, without being able to control specific areas or be efficient in their energy consumption. The new EcoAisle system by Schneider Electric implemented by TECNASA solved the problem.
