Educational Member Registration: $505
Includes 12 month membership, full conference access to all sessions, labs, keynotes, Technology Pavilion, Exhibitor Show and Opening Reception. Meals included are breakfast Wednesday-Friday, Lunch Wednesday-Thursday and hosted food and drink at the President’s Reception in the Exhibit Hall on Wednesday. Please note: you will be able to add additional attendees during the registration process. Guest registration does not include full conference and should not be used for additional attendees from your organization. See below for more information on Guest Registration.
Affiliate Member Registration: $660
Includes 12 month membership, full conference access to all sessions, labs, keynotes, Technology Pavilion, Exhibitor Show and Opening Reception. Retired Professional and Student Member Registration: $140
Includes 12 month membership, full conference access to all sessions, labs, keynotes, Technology Pavilion, Exhibitor Show and Opening Reception. Meals included are breakfast Wednesday-Friday, Lunch Wednesday-Thursday and hosted food and drink at the President’s Reception in the Exhibit Hall on Wednesday.
Nonmember Registration: $700
The registration fee includes access to all conference events including the Exhibitor’s Show. Meals provided are Wednesday breakfast lunch and hosted food and drink at the President’s Reception in the Exhibit Hall on Wednesday, Thursday breakfast and lunch and Friday breakfast.
Single Day Registration: $250
The registration fee includes access to all conference events on that day. Meals provided are Wednesday breakfast and lunch, Thursday breakfast and lunch and Friday breakfast.
Full Registration for paid members without renewal: $450
Guest Registration: $150
The registration fee includes meals, keynotes and the exhibit show. No sessions are included. This option is for spouses and partners accompanying attendees and is not intended for colleagues.
Refund Policy: Should exhibitor or attendee need to cancel, refunds will be granted based on the following guidelines: On or before September 15, 2017 – full refund; between September 16 and October 27, 2017 – 50% refund; on or after October 27, 2017 – refunds granted at the sole discretion of CETPA.
