Corrective Maintenance Service

Preventive maintenance reduces damage, increasing the availability of equipment and diminishing the costs of repairs. This contract covers the cleaning, lubrication and performance revision of equipment, even when it does not show signs of damage. It also includes preventive maintenance visits designed specifically for the type of equipment, the working conditions and the client’s needs.

The Corrective Maintenance Service covers tasks in response to a Damage Report or due to bad equipment performance. This service is unlimited and is provided in accordance to the response time established in the contract and to the client’s regional coverage.

In addition, TECNASA offers Software Support Services specialized in problem solving for operating systems and server applications.
